Postnord Denmark Collection Request is designed for picking up a parcel from one location (Pickup Address) and delivering it to the receiver, without any swapping between the sender and receiver. 

The sender is responsible for the payment, while the receiver is the one receiving the parcel. The Pickup Address is where the parcel will be collected. This service can be used for both domestic and international shipments. 

One common use is for returns on international shipments, where you can set yourself as both the sender and receiver, with the Pickup Address being the location where you want to collect the parcel.
